In 'The Blacklist' Season 2 Episode 17 titled 'The Longevity Initiative,' fans will see Tom Keen as a permanent fixture of the show with a olidified presence, whereas they have seen Tom coming in and going out of the series throughout Season 2.

CarterMatt reports that in 'The Blacklist' Season 2 Episode 17, fans will also come to know whether or not Reddington is trying to become immortal. Fans have seen that for quite some time now, Reddington has expressed intense interest in a man named Julian Powell, who is performing some experiments which are supposed to make one immortal.

In 'The Longevity Initiative,' they will come to learn what transpires between Reddington and Powell and also about the consequences if Reddington secures the findings of the experiment.

Meanwhile, Christian Today reports that Liz, who is currently a free woman, has teamed up with Reddington to find Powell who is conducting his experiments and testing the results on disabled patients.

Reddington, however, succeeds in contacting Powell first and rather than stopping Powell from undertaking his experiment, fans will see Powell getting into Reddington's car. The promo video clip of the upcoming episode shows both discussing something important.

Elsewhere, Tom, who had confessed to murder in Episode 16, is busy trying to keep away from his enemies in D.C.

In 'The Blacklist, Season 2 Episode 16, fans saw Reddington succeeding in locationg Tom to make him confess to the murder charges. All the while, his wife, Liz, was up against it. Eventually, Tom confessed, but was somehow able to walk out of the court as a free man.

Though he is a free man now, Tom confronts some new obstacles. He will have to try and get out of D.C. without facing his several enemies.

Lance Henriksen, Josh Close, Ralph Brown and Kevin Weisman will appear as guest stars in the upcoming episode of 'The Blacklist', which airs on Thursday, March 26, at 9 pm EST on NBC.
