'The Big Bang Theory' Season 10 Spoilers: Upcoming Season Will Not Show Wolowitz's Baby?

Showrunners of "The Big Bang Theory" plan on taking an unhurried approach in the pregnancy of Bernadette, so her baby with Howard may take its time growing in her womb in the new season of the series.

In a statement, Steve Molaro revealed that fans of "The Big Bang Theory" will not see a Wolowitz baby soon.

Bernadette disclosed about her pregnancy in the episode of season 9 titled "The Valentino Submergence." Just when she was already about to tell Howard about their child, he got bitten by a rabbit bathing in their bathtub, so he was rushed to the hospital to get a treatment. It wasn't long though before Howard learned about her pregnancy.

Later in the season, Howard told their friends how ecstatic yet anxious he was about being a dad. He told them that he was scared of not being able to provide for all their baby's needs. It was also revealed later on that Howard was left by his father when he was little, so he wouldn't want his own kid to grow up resenting him.

Meanwhile, actor Kunal Nayyar addressed the issue of season 10 being the final season of the CBS series. According to him, the rumors could be true. However, he said nothing was official at the moment yet so anything could happen. He also added that if he were to decide, he would continue doing the show for as long as there are fans supporting them.

"Look, next season, as it stands on our contract, could be the last season of 'Big Bang Theory.' To be completely honest, I know people are gonna want to know what happens after season 10. I don't know what's going to happen. If it were up to me, personally, I would love to do the show as long as you guys would have us on the air," he said.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 premieres in September on CBS.
