"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 is currently on its winter hiatus, but it won't be long before its new episode airs in December.

Titled "The Property Division Collision," episode 10 will follow two of the couples as they have some trouble dividing their properties.

In the beginning of the season, the couples in the show started living together, building their own families and sorting out their living arrangements. In the upcoming episode, however, things will go ugly for the couples as they encounter a hitch in their property division arrangements.

The official synopsis for the episode reveals that as Sheldon and Leonard work together in dividing their possessions and remove Penny's things from apartment B, they will end up fighting over some things. Based on the synopsis, Leonard will feel that Sheldon is keeping all the good stuff and leaving all the lame ones to him.

Sheldon and Leonard will continue to fight over these things, and as Sheldon's revenge, he will have someone rent Leonard's apartment for $1 per night. According to reports, this guest star is Christopher Lloyd.

Elsewhere in the episode, Bernadette will go into labor. Before that, however, Raj and Stuart will argue as to who of them is the best third wheel to take care of Bernadette's baby. The two will reportedly start making their own hanging toys, and Bernadette will end up choosing Stuart's toy over Raj's.

Fans will know if the characters will be able to settle their differences before long.
