Sunday's episode of The Bachelor took Chris Soules back to his hometown.

The episode opened with host Chris Harrison and bachelor Chris Soules sitting down and reminiscing of the season so far. Also there was a rose ceremony where Soules sent Ashley I. and Kelsey home. The rest of the contestants were happy to see the Soules had seen through their fake personalities.

At a cocktail party, Megan took Soules aside and told him she was going home. He walked her out to the car and returned to the party to announce of Megan's choice to go home. The rest of ladies express their shock of how there were only six contestants left.

Soules then canceled the rose ceremony and told Jade, Kaitlyn, Becca, Whitney Carly, and Britt that they would be joining him to visit his home town of Arlington, Iowa.

Jade is the first to have a 1-on-1 date with Soules in his hometown. Throughout the episode she is shocked at how small of a town Arlington really is. However, she expresses her enjoyment as she went to a high school football game with Soules and they kissed by his older locker. She even met his family and kissed on the football field.

The next day, Whitney set out on a date with Soules to Des Moines where they had a photo shoot, documenting their love. Soules surprised her later with a college of the photos.

The rest of the ladies went together to see the small town for themselves and Britt told the girls she couldn't see herself living there. The group date later on in the episode with the rest of the girls included ice skating and Britt lying to Soules saying she loved it there in the small town.

Carly couldn't take it anymore and told Soules the truth. Britt denied it when confronted by Soules. Later, after Kaitlyn got the group date, her chance with Soules depleted as she said she didn't' want to be seen second or third by her future husband.

Audiences await next week's episode to see what will happen after this lively event of seeing Soules' hometown.
