'The Angry Birds Movie' Release Date, Trailer: New Game Application Named 'Angry Birds Action'

"Angry Birds" has become a hit computer game for the young and young at hearts. As a result, the company that created the application extended their scope by producing a television series. And now, the birds are invading the big screens as a movie adaptation is now a work in progress, along with a new game application perfect for the modern technology.

According to Forbes, the "Angry Birds" movie gets pinball video game. The new application called "Angry Birds Action!" will have the same characters as with the upcoming film "Angry Birds The Movie."

The exciting new application features Chuck, Bomb and Terence along with Red. Additionally, Stella, Matilda or The Blues are also playable. The characters are designed based on the upcoming movie which will be out before the year ends.

What's with the new application aside from the Zen pinball concept? The website wrote that the game is "more distinct" from the usual pinball table.

"However this is a turn based incarnation of pinball so rather than having a ball in continuous motion, here you take turns to fling Red about the level, smashing various obstacles as you strive to save eggs and collect valuable items," quoted from the website.

On the other hand, the trailer for the new "Angry Birds" TV is out now. The series, which is aired by Sony "trades the pee jokes for poop jokes," as what the website describes.

"You've spent countless hours playing the game, but if you think you know the angry birds, you don't know [cue bird poop]," the narrator says at the beginning. Watch the trailer below:
