It looks like Paige is set to face trouble keeping the family's secret in "The Americans" season 4 episode 3. Also, Philip is forced to kill a bus driver in the episode.

"The Americans" season 4 episode 3 is entitled "Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow." According to The Futon Critic, Paige is still set to deal with the problems of preserving her family's background, a secret that she has been keeping for some period of time.

Episode 3 is also set to see Paige's parents, along with KGB spies Elizabeth and Philip, as they also struggle on maintaining their cover while dodging the hazards of their daughter's life. The former asks them whether other people get hurt because of what they do as spies.

In a promo trailer for the upcoming episode, it is seen that Philip and Elizabeth meet Pastor Tim on what Paige told him about the true nature of their vocation. The pastor then tells the couple that he has knowledge on what spies usually do, in a vague but intimidating statement. The duo leave Pastor Tim, asking him if anyone else know about them. Also, Stan Beeman asks for somebody's help to yield more spies.

The episode is also set to see Philip left with no choice but to kill a bus driver as fast a lightning when he tries to relay the contagion to an anxious pilot, Design & Trend reported. As per the publication, the mission is unsuccessful, leaving Philip with the level-three infectious agents.

The publication added that Philip had the urge to kill in defense of Glanders; however, he did not manage to assassinate Pastor Tim. In line with this, he informs Elizabeth that dispatching the pastor will lead to Paige's breakdown, with the latter revealing the Jennings' secret to the pastor.

"The Americans" season 4 episode 3 is set to premiere on Mar. 30 on FX.
