Terrence Jenkins Goes On Full-Time On Acting, What About E! News? (VIDEO)
Terence Jenkins, more popularly known as Terence J, has decided to go full-time on acting and producing after taking some time off last summer to immerse in the other side of the entertainment industry.
As the showbiz news program closed on Dec. 15, the program's anchor for three years delivered the bittersweet revelation, "I have some exciting news that's also bittersweet."
"I started hosting when I was 16 years old back in North Carolina. Now, I'm on national television for over ten years. 17 years is1 a long time, and I think, in order for someone to grow it's important that you try new things and you create new challenges and new journeys," he continued.
While he was anchoring on the show, Terence J also starred in movies "Think Like A Man" and "Think Like A Man Too."
Now, Terence J is excited for the upcoming promotions of "Perfect Match," a feature film that he produced and starred in.
While the anchor is grateful for the countless opportunities in front and behind the camera that are now pouring on him, he also feels sad leaving the show that he truly love, and his fellow anchors Maria Menounos, Catt Sadler, and Jason Kenned.
He also thanked the crew and the show's audience that has been supporting him, reports HNGN.
Dec. 16 will be Terence's J's last episode and he joked that he didn't want to have a long goodbye because his anchors may just try to stop him.
