Season 5 of Teen Wolf will have a two night premiere, and the season's first episode will air on Monday, June 29^th at 10:00 pm, and then again on Tuesday, June 30^th at 9:00 pm.

MTV made this announcement on Tuesday during its presentation in New York. After the two airings of the season premiere, the hit supernatural drama television show will air on Mondays for the remainder of the season.

Last week, MTV released the season's first official video teaser, which shows that Scott, played by Tyler Posey, and his pack will be facing three evil doctors.

Besides the new villains in the series, the teaser also showed some quick shots of Scott, Stiles, portrayed by Dylan O'Brien, Lydia (Holland Roden), Malia, played by Shelly Hennig, and Arden Cho's Kira.

At the beginning of the promotional clip, an image is shown of a person within a transparent container that is shaped like a cylinder and filled up with water.

In the last few moments of the trailer, a teenage boy is seen being tortured by the doctors, the new villains of the show.

The creator of the series, Jeff Davis also stated that the upcoming season, which will feature 20 episodes, "is very much about the line in between science and supernatural".

He also stated that Season 5 of the show is also about the teens in the show becoming adults.

The official description of season 5, which was obtained from E! News says: 'On the eve of senior year, Scott and his friends find themselves facing the possibility of a future without each other, a next phase of their lives that might take them in different directions despite their best intentions."
