In the episode of Teen Mom OG that aired on the 18^th of May, Catelynn Lowell battles her rapid weight gain, as Tyler Baltierra attempts to offer his support.

Meanwhile, Farrah Abraham and her mother continue their feud, as Maci Bookout and Bentley get into a car accident and Amber Portwood loses it and attacks Matt Baier.

The episode began on the rocky side for Maci as she and her baby, Bentley got into a bad car accident.

She also learned that Ryan, Bentley's father also got into a car accident and he was not wearing his seatbelt which was a cause of concern for Maci.

At the same time, Farrah and her mother Debra as Farrah does not agree with the label for the family's hot sauce which the pair were promoting at a convention.

Farrah immediately began to change her mind about helping her mother create a business for the hot sauce.

Catelyn is still fretting over the weight that she gained during her pregnancy. She wants to look good on her wedding day and Tyler is trying his best to help her drop another 40 pounds.

Meanwhile, Amber and Matt go to Las Vegas for a little vacation and end up getting into a fight when they go out to dinner on their first night there.

Amber gets anxious and then upset when people are staring at her during dinner and Matt tells her to cheer up.

Matt accuses her of being different in front of cameras and Amber gets even more aggravates as she says this is due to her anxiety.

In the end, the two argue and Matt punches a wall in the hotel room.
