After taking a short break from the lime light and exiting MTV's hit reality show 'Teen Mom', Farrah Abraham returns and she is back with a big future in mind and that is to be a plastic surgeon. Abraham said that she reveals her plans and her comeback in a new episode of the show.

While walking the blue carpet at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, Abraham talked to Perez Hilton about her coming back on the hit show about teenagers who have had their children at an early age. "This is 'Teen Mom OG.' It has different editing. You can see third wall, and we've definitely shown more intricacies with the cast. So, it's not just our own story line - it's everybody's integrated together, and I think that's way special," Abraham told Hilton of the new upgrade for the show.

Although not all are welcoming Abraham with open arms as other co-stars like Maci Bookout who has been openly vocal to be against Abraham's lifestyle. But of course, Abraham has her friends in the show like Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell who are surely pleased about her going back.

"We were just taking photos together. We are all doing very well, and I hope to keep our relationship because 'Teen Mom OG' and our stories from '16 & Pregnant' until now have been very special, and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get to meet each other," Abraham told Hilton of her co-stars.

As Abraham gears up for yet another season of the hit reality show, the reality star also reveals how she wants to be a plastic surgeon. "It helped my confidence grow, and it's helped me be successful, and it's helped me be the happiest person I can be," Abraham said.

Apparently, Abraham already has an apprenticeship waiting for her at Dr. Sergio Alvarez's who is a plastic surgeon.
