The 23-year-old 'Teen Mom' star Maci Bookout recently surprised all her fans right after Christmas break as she publicly announced that she's pregnant again. Additionally, the reality star is also reportedly planning an engagement to boyfriend Taylor McKinney, says The Inquisitr.

However, the 'Teen Mom' star was surprised to find out that she was pregnant because she had recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS. The mystery disease is reportedly supposed to make it near impossible for Maci to get pregnant again.

On that note, Maci admitted she believed her 6-year-old son Bentley would be an only child.

Then, Maci found that she was suffering from strange ailments. "My legs were very itchy and I had tenderness [on my body]" Maci said. When the reality TV star went to the doctor with her boyfriend of two years, Taylor Mckinney, they were told that Maci was pregnant.

Taylor was reportedly very excited by the news. "It was a huge shock, but we are very excited," Maci said.

For those that don't know, Maci has been a TV celebrity since 'Teen Mom' Season 1. Her goal back then was to send a positive message to girls who become pregnant at a young age.

About her pregnancy, she said: "I really just wanted to show girls how hard it was to be a teen parent. I wanted girls who might get pregnant to see there are options out there to move forward with your life and still have goals."

Maci still speaks at high schools about teenage pregnancies, and she is now majoring in journalism. Maci has not reported whether she will continue with college following her pregnancy with her "miracle baby", but she is still very happy to have a second child while in a stable relationship. On that note, Maci's baby is due in June, 2015.
