Apparently, the break up between Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert is official. Leah Messer, star of Teen Mom 2, is 22 years of age and was allegedly served divorce papers in a grocery store parking lot in Elkview, West Virginia on April 14.

Messer believed that the process server was a fan seeking an autograph at first. An inside source told In Touch magazine that Leah was excited at first, but when she realized the true reason that she was being approached, her mood changed completely from happiness to anger.

Calvert is 26 years of age and has recently been working in Ohio as a pipeline engineer.

He filed for divorce in Roane County, West Virginia, where the couple used to live with their daughter Adalynn, who is 2-years-old and Messer's twin daughters from her previous marriage, Ali and Aleeah, who are 5.

The couple spent their three year wedding anniversary apart and even stopped following one another on Twitter, according to Radar Online. These, however, were not the first signs of troubles within the marriage.

Months before this, Calvert accused his wife of cheating on him with an ex boyfriend. This was in October, and shortly after, Radar Online revealed that he had tried to arrange a hook up with Britany Musick.

This is Messer's second divorce. She and the father of her twins, Corey Simms, filed for divorce after being married for only five months in 2011.

Insiders say that Calvert plans to gain sole custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter, and will likely use Messer's alleged pill problems against her in court.
