Taylor Swift Twitter & Instagram Hackers Threaten to Release Nude Photos of Singer

Popular singer and Grammy award winner, Taylor Swift's Twitter and Instagram accounts were hacked by a hacker group called Lizard Squad.

The hackers posted a couple of messages on her twitter account asking the star's followers to follow the users with the twitter handles @lizzard and @veriuser. Swift currently enjoys 51 million followers on Twitter. The hackers also threatened to post nude photos of the singer online.

A mere few hours after the hackers posted this message on her twitter account, Swift fired back at the hackers by tweeting, "Any hackers saying they have 'nudes'? Psssh you'd love that wouldn't you! Have fun photoshopping cause you got NOTHING." The singer later changed her password, according to ABC.

Soon after her Twitter account was hacked, the singer tweeted saying, "#Hackers Gonna Hack Hack Hack Hack Hack." The tweet was made in reference to her popular song "Shake It Off."

She also said,"Twitter is deleting the hacker tweets and locking my account until they can figure out how this happened and get me new passwords. Never a dull moment," after the hacker attack.

Soon after Twitter, her Instagram account was hacked next and Swift reacted by writing, ""Now Instagram. This is going to be a long day."

The Twitter handles mention in the tweets, which are suspected to be associated with the hacking group, were soon suspended by Twitter. Even before this could happen, a hacker from the group posted a link to a Bitcoin account along with the message, "Will post taylor swift's nudes when this btc wallet hits 3btc," according to Page Six.

On her Tumblr page, Swift advised fans: "Don't worry. Twitter is deleting the hacker tweets and locking my account until they can figure out how this happened and get me new passwords."

The singer's followers on Twitter expressed their concern by tweeting condolences.
