Grammy Award Nominee Christian artist Tamela Mann released her new single "This Place" to Gospel radio this week, which made it the third single from her award-winning album Best Days.

"This Place" is already having a major impact on radio, garnering plays nationwide.

"It's been an incredible year, and I'm excited to release my new single 'This Place' to radio," said Mann in a press release. "I want to thank my fans and Gospel radio for the continued support of my music. To God be the glory for his love and favor."

The soulful single was written by Darrell Blair and produced by long-time music partner Myron Butler. It features Tamela's powerful vocals and soaring runs. The other singles released from the Best Days album include the consecutive No. 1 hits "Take Me To The King" and "I Can Only Imagine."

Mann's "Take Me to the King" single was just certified as Gold, meaning the Kirk Franklin written tune sold over 500,000 records.

She added, "I thank God every day for my family, friends, music and the many blessings in my life. Kirk is a dear friend and an incredibly talented artist, writer and producer. I'm so grateful to him for penning such a powerful lyric and asking me to lend my voice to such an important message."

The song was named one of the most performed songs on gospel radio for 2013, and was celebrated at the 2014 BMI Christian Music Awards.

On June 29, Mann was honored as "Best Gospel Artist" at the BET Awards 2014.
