'Supernatural' Season 12 Episode 3 Spoilers: Winchester Brothers Investigate Enigmatic Case Involving A Crying Baby?

Mary, Sam and Dean tried to solve another enigmatic case in the third episode of "Supernatural" season 12.

Titled "The Foundry," the episode followed the three as they tried to get to the bottom of a case involving a crying baby inside an abandoned house.

It can be recalled that in episode 2, Sam had the chance to reunite with his mother Mary after Mick from Men of Letters came and offered to work with hunters to ensure the safety of America. The episode also followed Lucifer as he found a new vessel in the body of rock star Vince Vicente. Crowley tried to capture Lucifer but he failed. Instead, Lucifer took Rowena.

In episode 3, the Winchester brothers were back into action. They, together with their mother, came together to investigate the mysterious death that took place in an abandoned house, where a crying baby led to the death of a certain victim. As Dean and Sam began to investigate the case, they discovered shocking secrets involving a group of children holding a creepy doll. It turned out that the children were doing some mysterious activities in the house while the doll was in control of everything, including the children.

Episode 3 also shed light on Castiel's search for Lucifer. As he looked for him, he was forced to join forces with Crowley. Although they were reluctant at first, the two managed to work well together to achieve their common goal--to send Lucifer back to the Cage.

"Supernatural" season 12 episode 3 aired on October 27 on The CW.
