‘Supernatural’ Season 10 Episode 2 Spoilers: 'Reichenbach' Synopsis, Sam’s Dark Secret, Soft Side of Demon Dean
'Supernatural' debuted its Season 10 with Episode 1 entitled "Black," where Sam (Jared Padalecki) tortured a demon to discover information about Crowley (Mark Shepard) and Dean (Jensen Ackles).
One of the more memorable lines in the episode was, "Whatever soul you had, whatever Boy Scout code you cuddled up to at night, it's all gone," the demon said before Sam slit her throat.
'Supernatural' executive producer Jeremy Carver revealed in an interview that Sam will expose his darker side in the upcoming season, brought about by the need to find his brother Dean.
While still searching for his brother, Dean sends out a note saying, "Sammy let me go," still calling his brother "Sammy" despite the trouble he's bringing him.
Episode 1 ended with Dean leaving Sam in Cole's (guest star Travis Aaron Wade) dungeon, who wants to avenge his father's death years ago, and terrorized Sam to bring him to Dean, who he believes killed his father.
Dean rescued Sam and tortured Cole and tells his brother coldly, "I told him to let me go, so any jam he's in now, that is his problem. He knows damn sure that if I am one thing, I am a man of my word."
Dean is repelled as Sam wants to change his demon brother back into human again.
"Whatever happened, we will fix it," Sam thoughtfully said.
However Dean doesn't want to return to his old life. "I'm doing all I can not to rip out your throat," Dean retorted.
According to the synopsis, "Crowley notices Dean is becoming more and more aggressive. Dean tells him that's the side effect of being a demon, but Crowley knows it's something more -- the Mark of Cain needs to be fed."
Meanwhile, "Hannah (guest star Erica Carroll) sees how weak Castiel (Misha Collins) is becoming as his grace continues to fade, so she makes a bold choice and asks Metatron (guest star Curtis Armstrong) for help."
Episode 2 of 'Supernatural', entitled "Reichenbach" will premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 9:00 pm.
