In the most recent Nintendo Direct broadcast, there was a lot of information released on the future of 'Super Smash Bros.' and news on the 1.06 update.

For starters, the character Mewtwo will soon be available for purchase on April 28^th, and will be priced at $4 for each platform.

The update will also feature a number of different costume for the Mii fighters, including a new photo mode. The costumes will include:

• Cat Suit
• Link
• X (from Mega Man X)
• Monkey
• Majora's Mask
• Proto Man

The Mii costumes will be priced at $0.75 for each or $1.15 for both platforms.

"Despite an earlier statement that Mewtwo would be the only paid downloadable content for Super Smash Bros., Lucas from Mother 3 (and a previous Smash fighter) also made a surprise appearance. He'll be coming out as downloadable content sometime in June," writes Gamespot.

One more very exciting addition will be the Smash Fighter Ballot, where fans will be able to submit their pick as to who they would like to see in the game next.
