New protagonists and battle scenes, as well as a few words from a staff interview, are some of the latest news about the upcoming "Super Robot Wars OG: The Moon Dwellers" for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. 

As reported in Gematsu.com, the participating characters in Robot Wars are the following:

1.    TouyaShiun

Touya displays her playful self in Robot Wars. She is deemed the game's protagonist, as reported in Gematsu.com.

2.    Soul Saber FF

This is Robot Wars' prototype destined for mass production courtesy of Mogami Heavy Industries.

3.    Akemi Akatsuki

Akemi is Akimi's twin sister. Akemi is her brother's protector. Her brother is somewhat naïve, and hence may be easily taken advantaged of.

4.    Akimi Akatsuki

He is the son of the president of Mogami Heavy Industries. He is also Touya's school mate.

As reported in Siliconera, the game's beginner mode makes it easier for just about everybody to play the game.

Siliconera also included a few notes from an interview with the makers behind Super Robot, saying:

"The development staff put in a lot of work for the battle scenes and special moves, that are said to be quite something this time around. Especially with Touya on Ganteed with Katia or Melua as the sub-pilots, along with another girl named Tenia (Festenia Muse,) it's safe to assume that this could be the most voluminous of the entire series."

Super Robot is scheduled to be released in Japan as 'Super Robot Taisen' sometime in 2016 for PS4 and PS3, with a localization to English. As of now, the development progress of the game is at 70%, according to Siliconera.
