Super Bowl XLIX Commercial News: Which Brands and Ads to Expect During the NFL Championship Game

The Super Bowl XLIX will host over 110 million viewers tuning in to watch the championship for the great American sport.

However history has shown us that many viewers' focus will be shifted from the actual game, to the commercials that have earned a spot on the biggest prime time space of the year.

"The going rate this year for a 30-second TV spot on NBC is between $4.4 million and $4.5 million and 95 percent of the ad slots have already been purchased, says Business Insider.

Teasers for some of the upcoming commercials have been released, and some old time favorite brands will return to us with some great content.

Bud Light plans to stomp the scene with a brand new campaign, with Doritos reprising their fan-submitted contest.

"A second will fall in line with Bud Light's 'Up for Whatever' campaign, and shows a man entering a life-sized Pac Man game. A teaser for this ad was released last week," writes NJ.com.

"Like 2014, Doritos' Super Bowl ad will be fan-submitted, via the 'Crash the Super Bowl' contest. The winner of the worldwide search for a homemade Doritos spot wins the coveted slot and $1 million. Check out the 10 finalists here. Each is very funny."

It is also reported we'll receive a brand new trailer for the long awaited 'Jurassic World' movie due June 12th.

Some other brands mentioned are Skittles and Snickers. Actor Danny Trejo is featured in the Snickers ad as a member of the Brady Bunch, and actor Kurt Warner stars in the Skittles spot.

Beyond that, A very powerful ad will run by NOMORE.org speaking on domestic violence.

"The anti-domestic abuse organization will air its first Super Bowl ad, and the first Super Bowl ad ever to discuss domestic violence. The a 30-second version of this video, which revisits a real 911 call and a very smart woman, will air during the first quarter," writes NJ.com.
