'Suits' Season 6 News, Spoilers, Release Date: New Season To Show Mike's First Night In Prison
"Suits" lead star Gabriel Macht teases Season 6 premiere by saying that he had read the script and viewers should expect the new season to be filled with "comedic charms" and some "good hijinks."
Speaking to Stuff.co.NZ, Macht said that episode 1 gave him the vibe of the "Breakfast Club" scenario. "I've read the first episode and I can't give you too much, but I'll tell you this: if you can imagine these characters in a sort of 'Breakfast Club' scenario, there are some good hijinks."
But despite his brief explanation, he chose not to provide a definite answer on what's the can opener. "The can-opener is an instrument that is involved in a ritual played out before Harvey goes to trial," he only teased.
Macht was also happy to announce that the upcoming season was added more humor to lighten it up a bit. "Maybe we'll see these people smiling a little bit more or we'll see some more witty banter and more playful elements of the show," the 44-year-old actor said, quotes Wetpaint.
Meanwhile, showrunner Aaron Korsh also revealed on Yahoo! TV that season 6 will show Mike's first night in prison and that the realization on the part of the main characters that there Pearson Specter Litt is now empty.
As summarized, he said that each of the characters will be undergoing an emotional journey as "Suits" Season 6 arrives. "It's sort of slower, and almost like a play, but still manages to have a big emotional journey and some twists and turns that you will not see coming. Hopefully," Korsh said.
"Suits" Season 6 is expected to return on USA Network in June so keep those fingers crossed while waiting for the hottest updates.
