'Suits' Season 5 Episode 12 Spoilers: Sarah Rafferty Hints Series Getting Darker, Louis Fired Donna To Have Harvey Again?

"Suits" season 5 has returned last week from their mid-season break. It was a good episode despite the problem that characters face. We saw Harvey and Mike team up again in an extremely critical case. Meanwhile Louis fired Donna, opening up the opportunity for Harvey to have her as his secretary again.

In the previous episode, we saw that Mike was being pressured by a woman attorney named Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope). The characters' strong loyalty with one another were tested as they were simultaneously asked to turn on each another, the oppositions' plan didn't work, showing that they will stand by one another even though all of their careers are on the line.

Sarah Rafferty, the actress who plays Donna Paulsen said at the Television Critics Association winter event in California that the show is going to get "dark."

"It's going to get really dark. It pulls everybody apart 'cause everybody is at risk. It implicates everybody," she said.

According to Collider, when Rafferty was asked if she was willing to sacrifice herself for Mike and Harvey, she said that it wouldn't be called sacrifice since she's part of the plot itself and they're in it together.

"It's not a sacrifice for Mike and it's not a sacrifice for Harvey. She was a part of this. They were all a part of it, in a way. It's different for Jessica. But from Donna's point of view, they're family and they're all in this together," she said.

Expect that the story will be even more intense. Gibbs will definitely do everything she can to put Mike, Harvey or anyone else she figures out to be involved imprisoned.

"Suits" season 5 episode 12 is set to be premiered on Feb. 3, Wednesday 10pm, 10/9c only on the USA Network.
