DC's "Suicide Squad" is undoubtedly one of the studio's biggest projects as it will lay groundwork for much more to come. Along with this, it will give the opportunity to bring so many adaptations to the big screen, familiar faces and unfamiliar ones all the same.

If you've been keeping up with the news of the anticipated film, you'd be aware of it's all-star cast consisting of big names such as Will Smith, Jared Leto, and Margot Robbie.

The lineup looks great on paper, but fans are skeptical if the big names have what it takes to fill the shoes of the titular characters. Many of these actors have never appeared in a big comic book franchise project before so it leaves room for speculation.

One of the biggest speculations would be Margot Robbie's character, Harley Quinn. This is basically because the character has yet to be fully adapted in live action before. Robbie is also somewhat wet behind the ears as her big feature film "Wolf of Wall Street," only debuted a little over a year ago.

In a recent interview with MTV Robbie spoke out on prepping for the character.

"Yeah, I guess it's intimidating because there's obviously a lot of people I want to please and a character I have to do justice, but it's a challenge. I'm definitely up for it, and hopefully I don't disappoint."

It would be wise for the actress to take the role seriously as the character's fans wouldn't tolerate anything less. Harley Quinn is actually an earlier developed character that was coined in the 'Batman: Animated Series' in the '90s. Her popularity as a character and a Batman villain has risen immensely since then.

Robbie goes on to say, "We haven't gotten too far into it. We're still pretty far off. I'm actually shooting a movie before that. So my focus is kind of on that at the moment. We haven't really gotten into the logistics of everything yet."

This is no surprise as the movie is still in early development stages. There is still no definite word on what actor will be playing the leader, Rick Flag.
