American Christian music singer, record producer, and song writer Steven Curtis Chapman is set to debut his album "Worship and Believe" this month.

According to a press release in Chapman's website, Chapman's "Worship and Believe" album stands as his first worship record, and not only a 23rd studio album in a 30-year career.

In a statement, Chapman said that he had always loved singing worship songs and people had responded when he had sung them during shows. He also mentioned that they had been what he had held on to so tightly when they had lost their daughter Maria. The artist added that the timing had been never right for him to make a full record of them.

Chapman has first heard about "Believe" at the "The Story" tour with Pastor Randy Frazee, according to the press release. That moment, "Believe" was a 30-day church curriculum that the Pastor was working on as follow-up to "The Story."

As per Chapman, Pastor Frazee had mentioned about the importance for the Church to know what and why they believed, which made him thrilled about writing songs and composing "musical declarations" that thee church could sing together.

Meanwhile, Chapman has started his "Joy: The Christmas Tour" in Ashville, NC, which will be followed by another tour with Third Day in spring and a multi-city tour with Amy Grant.

According to New Release Today (via The Christian Beat), "Worship and Believe" is powerful, genuine, heartfelt worship to the King who sustains people, even in the midst of the trials of life. Containing 17 tracks, "Worship and Believe" includes songs like "More Than Conquerors," "Hallelujah, You Are Good," "Amen," "One True God," and "We Believe," among others.

Chapman's "Worship and Believe" album is set to be released on Mar. 4.
