'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' New Trailer News: Promo Video Premieres with 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Debut
Before fans settle into their theater seats to watch the return of Earth's Mightiest Heroes, they may want to pay attention to the previews, as a new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer will debut in theaters alongside each cinema showing of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
First confirmed by Collider, the second trailer for the continuation of the Star Wars series is sure to renew fan's hype over the beloved franchise. The trailer will also be released during the Star Wars Celebration convention, which runs from April 16 to 19 before Age of Ultron shows it across the world from April 22.
The first trailer for the seventh installment in the Star Wars franchise was a huge success across the Internet. With over 60 million views on YouTube alone, everyone is excited for the series to continue. The second trailer is rumored to have the three of the original cast members on it: Harrison Ford (Hal Solo), Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) and Carrie Fisher (Leia Skywalker).
When an online release for the second trailer will occur has yet to be determined. However, it's worth it to note that since the first trailer got so many views, it won't be a surprise if the trailer was released on online shortly after the premiere of Age of Ultron.
It comes to no surprise that the second trailer will appear in an Avengers film as Disney both owns Lucas Films and Marvel. The company has kept most of the cast and story a secret, creating a lot of fan theories and frame-by-frame analyses from the first trailer. For this reason, many fans are eager to see the second one.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (and now Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer) will premiere in US theaters on May 1.
