'Star Wars Episode 7' Spoilers, Rumors: Young Luke Skywalker Features in ‘The Force Awakens’ Flashback Scenes? [VIDEO]

If the latest spoilers of 'Star Wars Episode 7' are any indication, movie goers will soon see a young Luke Skywalker, who is likely to appear in flashbacks in the upcoming installment of the epic space movie franchise.

Fan site called Making Star Wars claimed that it received a tip suggesting that Robert Boulter will be portraying the character of young Luke Skywalker in flashback sequences of the upcoming installment of the 'Star Wars' franchise titled 'The Force Awakens.'

The website further reported, "Upon further investigation it appears, according to the master character list for the film there is indeed a young Luke Skywalker in the picture, sometimes referred to as The Young Original Warrior."

"So this is just a rumor, but it appears there's a chance Boulter could be playing a post-Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker in 'Star Wars: Episode VII.' We don't know for sure. We just know young Luke is listed in the film's character list and there's recent and older rumors putting Robert Boulter in the vicinity of the/a role," the fan site added.

Meanwhile, Cinema Blend commented that casting a little known Robert Boulter for a very important role, as mentioned in the 'Star Wars Episode 7' spoilers, is significant. According to the website, "The actor happens to bear a striking similarity to a young Mark Hamill and it could easily be seen as more than a coincidence."

As far as the rumored flashbacks are concerned, Cinema Blend says that it is possible that director J.J. Abrams "would continue that narrative habit," as he is known "for the wanton utilization of flashbacks in several of his past works."

Earlier, there were rumors that J.J. Abrams urged Disney for a summer release of the film as he was not able to take the 'Star Wars Episode 7' spoilers that are flooding the Internet.

Movie Pilot says, "J. J.'s biggest reason was reported to be that all of the 'Star Wars' plot leaks and pictures of characters had sent him on a little scare that more and more would be leaked therefore making the film predictable and not worth watching."
