A recent online leak has revealed the first look of Princess Leia, portrayed by Carries Fisher, in 'The Force Awakens.' Fans are thrilled to see the photograph of Princess Leia in her costume as it offers a clear image of how Darth Vader's daughter will look in the upcoming installment of 'Star Wars' franchise.

A new report in IB Times states that the picture depicts Princess Leia in a greyish blue solid jumpsuit with a black vest beneath her waist. In addition, Fisher is also seen wearing black boots as well as a black hair band. The actress' hair is tied up and her ponytail can be seen from her left shoulder.

In fact, the costume of Princess Leia as shown in the leaked photo has several similarities with the narrative of the character's outfit presented by Making Star Wars earlier. The website states that the rolled-up cuffs along with "thick black belt with a silver belt-buckle" signify Princess Lia may possibly be the queen of Tantive IV troopers.

In fact, the website carries two images and one of them depicts the sketch of Princess Leia's costume illustrated by the editor-in-chief Jason Ward. Following a comparison of both the pictures, it can be presumed that the character (Princess Leia) will be appearing in that outfit in the upcoming science-fiction movie.

While director J.J. Abrams and his team are yet to release the look of Fisher in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens,' officially, it is likely that the fans will not require waiting long for the franchise to confirm the genuineness of the leaked image. It has been reported that the new trailer of the upcoming film has a few shots of the character. This trailer is expected to be unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con 2015, scheduled from July 9 to July 12.
