Southern Gospel Group Jim Brady Trio Releases New Album 'Hope Keeps Writing The Song'
Southern gospel group Jim Brady Trio on Friday released their new album, Hope Keeps Writing the Song, on Daywind Records. The new twelve-track project is the trio's premier debut since welcoming a newcomer on the stage, with Layke Jones joining the group in 2016.
Produced by Gordon Mote, Jim Brady, Barry Weeks, and Trey Ivey, Hope Keeps Writing the Song features songs written by Jim Brady, Melissa Brady, William J. Gaither, Larry Gatlin, Gloria Gaither, Rodney Griffin, and more. The album includes songs such as "I See A Crimson Stream," "What A Beautiful Name," "Lost," and the title track, "Hope Keeps Writing the Song."
Following the loss of several immediate family members in a short period of time, Jim and Melissa Brady have endured a significant season of pain and say they are looking forward to a new season of joy and hope with the new release. They hope that the album's theme will instill hope, whether in seasons of joy, pain, happiness, or loss, for its listeners.
Following their formation in January of 2015, Jim Brady Trio has enjoyed great success, including their acclaimed debut record, A New Chapter, success at southern gospel radio, being named the 2015 New Trio of the Year by Singing News Fan Awards, as well as their 2015 Song of the Year, "Steppin' Out In Faith." With the addition of their newest member, Layke Jones, the trio says it is looking forward to more success.
Hope Keeps Writing the Song is available for streaming and purchase everywhere now, including iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, and at JimBradyTrio.com.
