Sony Xperia Z4 Release Date News: Smartphone to Launch by September 2015?
Rumor has it that since Sony didn't launch the upcoming Xperia Z4 in the recent Mobile World Congress despite many speculating that it was the perfect time and place to do so, the awaited Xperia Z series may be launched this summer or sometime in September.
One thing's for sure, according to several reports, is that Sony Xperia Z4 will be unveiled just before its release. Although Sony has been known to have various launch dates, making it a company that is surprising its consumers all the time, several are speculating that the new device is more likely to be unveiled in the next few months.
On that note, there is one big event coming up which is the IFA 2015. The event will be held on September 4 until September 9 in Berlin. Reports claim that Sony will most likely launch the Smartphone then since the March MWC had already come and gone.
After the release, several are looking at a September release, days after the possible launch as it is perfect because of the nearing holiday season. But of course, the release dates have not been confirmed and up to this day, there remains no official word from the company.
Meanwhile, as the consumers wait for the official release date, some reports however claim that the Z4 has already been approved by the Japanese Internal Affairs Communication Ministry which is the one that oversees telecommunications in Japan, including Sony.
According to several reports, the device is said to be available on Japanese networks NTT, DoCoMo, KDDI and SoftBank. All carrier versions are also reputedly supporting Voice-over-LTE, too.
As the media wait for any announcement from the company, it is assured for the consumers that the device will be fully ready before the year ends especially since the company is taking its time before they launch the device unlike the previous two launches it made with Z2 and Z3.
