Snooki Wedding Details: Nicole Polizzi Marries Jionni LaValle, Posts Photos Online

Last Saturday, reality star Nicole Snooki Polizzi married longtime boyfriend Jionni LaValle at St. Rose of Lima church in East Hanover, New Jersey.

The reality star wore an off-white laced gown with a long veil and had a bouquet of flowers. Snooki posted a photo on Twitter with the caption, "Sharing my first photo from my wedding today."

The bridesmaids were Jenni JWoww Farley, Sammi Giancola and Nicole Cortese, who were also her fellow stars on 'Jersey Shore'. Cast mate Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio attended the ceremony and shared an Instagram picture of himself in a suit.

There were 500 guests including dancers Julianne Hough and Sasha Farber. They celebrated in a "Great Gatsby" themed reception complete with a Rolls Royce for the bridal car.

Earlier this year, the reality star expressed in her podcast that she wanted a traditional wedding to signify her transformation from a party girl to a full-grown woman.

"You grow up, you move into different things. And I evolved into this vintage, classic and timeless person," Snooki said, according to Time Magazine.

Snooki met aspiring teacher LaValle in August 2010 and got engaged in March 2012. The couple has 2 kids, a 2-year-old son Lorenzo and a 3-month-old daughter named Giovanna.

Last April, Snooki responded to fans who were skeptical about her parenting skills, especially since the pair were not married at the time.

"We are a committed family that will raise our children to be the best they can be and give them the best life we can give them. So please, enough with the rude marriage comments. We are getting there, just waiting for the right time. He is my best friend and trust me, we will be together until death do us part," Snooki wrote on her blog.

Meanwhile, Snooki has updated her blog with first kiss and dance pictures from the wedding.
