'Sharknado 3' has been confirmed to return with Tara Reid and Ian Ziering in their old roles. The third installment will continue to feature the insane concept of a vicious, man-eating shark tornado.

The satirical film was originally made for television before its fan base spiraled out of control. Soon, people everywhere couldn't get enough of the movie. 'Sharknado' stars Tara Reid, Cassie Scerbo, Ian Ziering, John Heard, and Jaason Simmons performed as the unlucky victims of a hurricane that has been flooding Los Angeles. Soon, the sharks that have been sucked up in the water spout begin surfacing in the flooded city, and they are hungry.

Tara Reid and Ian Ziering will both have leading roles in the next film as April and Fin. Also returning to the film is the original writer, Thunder Levin.

Ian is reportedly extremely excited about his reprising role. "Are you kidding me?" He told Hollywood Life. "I am the luckiest guy in the world!"

Ziering has always loved playing Fin. When he was promoting Sharknado 2, Ziering declared his loyalty to Fin and 'Sharknado' in an interview. "Thunder Levin, the writer of the films, has steered us well. I am hoping this is a seven course meal," The star had declared. "I would like the third installment [to] be taken to foreign shores!"

Tara was mostly known for starring in American Pie before the 'Sharknado' series, and she seems to be just as loyal to the films as Ziering is to sign on again, although she has not made a public comment yet. 'Sharknado 3' will premiere in July 2015, on the Syfy channel.
