Season 5 is well underway for 'Shameless', and the second episode, entitled "I'm the Liver," is sure to keep fans entertained with more bizarre and dramatic developments.

The show, which is shown on television network Showtime, has been following Fiona, played by Emmy Rossum, as she tries to continue her life with her ankle tracker. In the second episode, which airs on January 18^th at 9 pm, Fiona will be liberated from the annoying device.

What will Fiona do first after finally being released from house arrest? Viewers will have to tune in to find out, but the promos for the episode divulge that she will come clean to Sean about her feelings.

In terms of the other characters, Lip will begin his new summer job, which might not be as easy as it first appeared. Stating that there is some form of "hazing" involved, the teaser for the episode hints at some ugliness for the young character.

Frank will spend season five's second episode fighting the uppity culture pervading his neighborhood. While Sheila considers accepting an offer on their home posed by two lesbians, Frank jumps on the offensive and derails the idea. Fearing the rich are coming, Frank tries to warn the block of its impending doom.

As for Ian, he will be teaming up with Mickey and Mandy as they fight against an anti-gay demonstration at a soldier's funeral. Kev and Svetlana will continue hanging out, and an epic battle between Shelia and Sammi is sure to provide some comic relief.
