Shakira News: Trainer Talks Post-Baby Fitness Routine

New mom Shakira just can't help but make her fans and followers look in awe at her post-baby body as she looked like her pre-baby body in just eight weeks after giving birth last January. And now, the singer looks better than ever and her trainer Anna Kaiser just revealed every little detail on how the celebrity achieved her fit physique.

Shakira's trainer Kaiser also apparently fixes her healthy diet and is famous for the AKT inMotion program that a lot people are into nowadays as it is one effective workout obviously since Shakira and some of her other celebrity clients like Sarah Jessica Parker, Sofia Vergara, Emmy Rossum and Kelly Ripa all looks phenomenal and very fit.

"These workouts are done in one hour and it's always changing," Kaiser told E! News in an interview. "I wanted to create a workout that changes and you never get bored. You change courses every two weeks, [doing] power hip hop, ballet, etc. You get results in fun and efficient ways."

The workout indeed sounds fun and it is perfect for Shakira since she is reportedly juggling several things at the same time and can only accommodate a little window hour for her workout routine.

"Time is always a challenge," Kaiser continued. "She has two kids now. She's an international star, she's a business woman, she's a CEO. She has a lot going on. With all of that it's hard to make yourself a priority," she said of Shakira as the two sometimes only meet via Skype and do the workout if they can't see each other to train.

Kaiser continued revealing how Shakira is in working out and how energetic the new mom is always. "One of her favorite moves is a jack knife on the treadmill," she said. "She loves to constantly switch it up. Every session is different. She needs that stimulation as we all do. And then we can always throw in new challenges. Right now we're really focused on hip hop [dance routines]."

And as for the star's diet? It is apparently eating all day but of course food that are very healthy. "We do small meals all throughout the day. She's so busy she has to keep her energy up. [She eats] all throughout the day-really healthy clean food so her body can absorbs the nutrition as much as possible," Kaiser added.
