Shaken, a Mississippi Christian rock band, has just signed with Red Cord Records today and are expected to be one of the prime rock bands of 2014. The five-piece band has been making their mark in the Christian music genre since early 2003, and are excited for their new adventure with Red Cord Records. Shaken released their first EP back in 2011 titled, "New Beginning" that was a proven success to the group. The EP was produced by Grammy Award nominated producer, Travis Wyrick, who helped Shaken lead their single, "New Beginning" to the top of Billboards charts. The band has been touring consistently since 2011, and have finally entered back into the studio so that Red Cord Records could help them re-release their 2013 EP for their first debut album. "We are excited about the future of Shaken and couldn't be happier to watch it unfold as part of the Red Cord Records family, stated vocalist James Harrod. Shaken is planning on touring the United States throughout the next year, and are excited to share their passion for 'heavy rock' music with fans. Red Cord Record's plans on releasing their EP in early 2014, but assures fan's that they will adore their passion and drive for the music genre. So far, there are only three tour dates listed on the bands site, but the tour lists will surely be updated once the tour is about to begin.
