The Seattle Seahawks will clash with the San Francisco 49ers on December 14 at the CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington.

The defending Super Bowl Champions Seahawks (9-4) looks to lengthen their winning streak to four games versus their NFC West rival 49ers, after they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 24-14 (this past Sunday).

"That's why they're so dangerous coming in right now, because of his leadership and his toughness about the way he runs his program," said Seattle head coach Pete Carroll to reporters.

"All the other stuff you guys thought was going on, there ain't much to it. Really, it's two football guys going at it and two guys who love to compete and battle and there's nobody I'd rather play."

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson went 22-37 for 263 yards, highlighted by the two-time Pro Bowl superstar throwing two TD passes despite being sacked four times by the Eagles' defense twice.

"I think our identity is showing up and there's a lot more to prove," said Wilson to reporters.

"We're high on confidence because of what we do on a daily basis."

Meanwhile, the 49ers (7-6) are attempting to prevent a possible three game losing streak when they encounter the reigning NFL Champions in their upcoming matchup on the road.

San Francisco previously defeated the Oakland Raiders by a final score of 24-13, where QB Colin Kaepernick went 18-33 for 174 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions in addition to being sacked by Raiders' defense a whopping five times on December 7.

"My priorities are No. 1, winning football games, No. 2, with the welfare of our players, coaches and our staff, and lastly is what my personal and professional future is," said San Francisco head coach Jim Harbaugh to reporters.

"My priorities are winning games."
