Seattle Seahawks NFL News 2014, Game Recap: Seattle Takes Down Cardinals, Looks to Face St. Louis Rams Next

This past Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks (11-4) dominated the Cardinals in Arizona (11-4) by a score of 35-6 at the University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale, Arizona. On that note, Coach Pete Carroll is confident his team can continue its successful winning streak next Sunday.

During the game on Dec. 21, Seahawks QB Russell Wilson threw for two touchdowns and ran another one himself while Seattle amassed a franchise-record 596 yards to draw near the NFC West title and a spot as the No. 1 seed in the conference.

"That's about as much fun as you can have playing NFL football in the regular season," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said after the game.

On that note, Seattle stepped up to a tie with Arizona for first place spot in the NFC West and holds the tiebreaker by virtue of two wins over the Cardinals.

"At the end of the day, it comes down to winning football games. That's my ultimate goal, to find ways to win. Whatever it takes..." QB Russel Wilsons said after his squad's Dec. 14 victory against the San Fransisco 49ers.

So what's next for the Seattle Seahawks? The next matchup for the dream team this year takes place on Dec. 28 versus the Rams. The game will take place at CenturyLink Field, Seattle, Washington at 4:25 pm.

While the results of the upcoming matchup remains arguable by fans from both teams, the St. Louis Rams have a worse record, at (6-9), than the Seattle Seahawks this year.
