Another killer is set to torment Emma and a new group of teenagers in "Scream" season 2.

According to a promo video on MTV (via Breathecast), a YouTube video goes viral, which brings problems to the teens of Lakewood. In addition, such problems trigger a murder, which allows fans to see the deranges past of the town. It is assumed that "Scream" season 2 is set to be bloodier.

As per a report from the publication, "Scream" season 2 will see Emma as a heroine who saves and leads a new group of teenagers. As per the publication, a masked killer shows up to the teenagers, with them doing their best to evade the murderer.

"Scream" season 1 ended with episode 10, which is entitled "Revelations." According to Spoilers Guide, the episode saw Emma try to safeguard her loved one while fans got to know the identity of the killer.

In the episode, Mr. Branson managed to escape while Sheriff Hudson is still being hunted. Fans also saw Jake, Brooke, Kieran, and Audrey separate, though they were unaware of the killer's finale.

On the other hand, Emma and Noah managed things on their own, as time was running out to save their beloved friends. However, the former's mother had been abducted by the killer, leading her to save her. Emma managed to come face to face with the Killer, who was revealed to be Piper, her long lost sister and Brandon James' daughter.

Piper revealed her plan to Emma and her mother, before she attacked the former. After some action, Emma and Audrey shot the killer to death while the former's mother was brought to the hospital. It was also revealed that Audrey had some connections with Piper before the series of murders.

"Scream" season 2 starts with its first episode, which is entitled "Welcome Back," is set to be aired on May 30. Exact details on its story plot are yet to be revealed.
