Good news to all "Scream Queens" fans! It was recently announced that the show will return for a second season and creator Ryan Murphy will change the plot into an even scarier location.

The first season took place in a university where a sorority was haunted by a serial killer known as the Red Devil. "Scream Queens" season 2 plot will be at a hospital according to IB Times.

Fox has released the official synopsis of season 2.

"Season Two of Scream Queens graduates from the college campus and into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly funny murder mystery will begin once again. This time, the show will be set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Casting to be announced at a later date."

There are no other information announced by the network. Even the cast members and the release date are yet to be confirmed but it is likely that Emma Roberts and Lea Michele will be returning to the show since they have already expressed their excitement for the next season through Twitter.

Deadline however reported that Dean Munsch, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer and Billie Lourd will all be back to reprise their roles in the second season. They have also reported that there will be a whole new set of male cast members for the second season of the comedy/horror series.
