After having fans wait for quite a while, "Scream Queens" season 2 is finally set to return this week with an all-new episode, titled "Chanel Pour Homme-cide."

Reports suggest that episode 5 will reveal the true identity of Greenie Meanie and will see the transformation of some major characters.

The program schedule of the American series was previously moved to give way to the U.S. presidential debate, in preparation for the presidential elections this month.

While little is known yet about the upcoming episode, reports cite that episode 5 will be more intense and breathtaking than the previous episodes. In fact, in a recent interview with TV Line, "Scream Queens" star Kristie Alley revealed that fans might see a different her in the near future. Because of this revelation, some fans speculate that her character in the series, Nursel Hoffel, might be the new serial killer, Greenie Meanie.

The series describes Greenie Meanie as the new murderer who spies on people before killing them. The synopsis for the episode states that following the series of frightening happenings in the hospital, Dean Munsch will finally feel the need to inform the authorities about the real situation in the hospital. Previously, she was hesitant to have the killings exposed because she feared that the hospital would have to be closed down. She thought that if that happens, she would lose her chance to get the cure for her rare and fatal brain disease, Kuru disorder.

"Scream Queens" season 2, episode 5 airs on Nov. 15 on FOX.
