Scott Disick Relationship Rumors: Alana Stewart Denies Latest Gossip, Says Her Daughter (Kimberly) & Scott Are Only Friends

Scott Disick and Kimberly Stewart have set the rumor mill spinning after being seen around town together recently.

Disick even visited the set of Stewarts & Hamiltons when he joined Rod, his children Kimberly and Sean, and his wife Penny Lancaster at the Warwick, a lounge in Hollywood on Aug. 26 to celebrate Sean's birthday:

"It was going on for several weeks," a Disick source shares, the source adds that Disick and Stewart were intimate that night.

Another witness says they saw Disick head straight for Kimberly when he arrived at the Warwick:

"He immediately sat on the couch next to Kim and put his arm around her."

Alana Stewart, Kimberly's mother, denies that this means they are seeing each other.

"[There is] absolutely no truth to that whatsoever."

Alana asserts that Disick and Kimberly are nothing more than two friends hanging out. She says the pair has been close friends for a long time, and Disick is also a good friend of Kimberly's brother Sean.

Alana also told People that Kimberly, who is her and Rod Stewart's daughter, is also a close childhood friend of Kourtney Kardashian's.

"They [Kimberly and Sean] introduced Scott to Kourtney. I was there when it happened, so I can tell you they're all great pals," says Alana, who goes on to say,

"Scott and Kimberly and Sean are great friends and they have been for many years and Kimberly and Sean love Kourtney."

Disick, age 32, and Kardashian, age 36, separated in July, after a nine-year marriage and three children.
