'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star Scott Disick, also famously called 'Lord Disick' once again partied it up, appearing at another night club, this time in Reno, in the midst of his split with long-time girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.

The former couple share three kids together, Mason Disick, age 5, Penelope Disick, age 3 and an 8-month old named Reign Aston Disick. And just seven weeks ago, reports claim that the two famous reality stars decided to finally split up.

Their break up happened just after Disick was spotted lounging with another woman on the Fourth of July in Cabo, and since then, Disick was seen hosting several parties in Vegas and now, the father of three was again seen at an appearance in Reno.

It is still unknown if the two are friendly once again but it seemed like Disick is back to his old ways of scheduling several nightclub appearances even while in a troubled time with his ex-girlfriend. Disick also have had some time in rehab as he has been suffering from substance abuse and alcohol although his recent appearance doesn't necessarily report that he has been having alcoholic drinks.

Disick has also been quite silent and in a down low with regard to his behaviour during parties as he was previously reported to be just in one area and not making too much dramatic movement compared to his past behaviors back when he was in a good place with Kardashian.

Disick reportedly is just making appearances for work and not for pleasure since he is in the moves of making everything good between him and Kardashian and reportedly trying to better himself to get his family back.

A source from E! News previously claimed that Disick has "trying to get his life together and that includes getting his family back."
