Just recently, 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and personality Scott Disick posted a promotional poster announcing a party in Las Vegas after rumors regarding his split with long-time girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian surfaced. He deleted the poster hours after and just today, Disick's hosting was announced as cancelled.

Rumors have sparked speculating that Disick cancelled the hosting since he is troubled with the reports of him and Kardashian's split especially since the two have three kids together. Although there are no official statements yet from the reality star himself but it has been confirmed by several sources from different news agencies that indeed his hosting in Las Vegas was cancelled.

The previous poster of Disick with DJ Shift announcing that the two will be at the 1OAK night club in Las Vegas this coming Friday, July 10 2015 was just confirmed to be cancelled as 1OAK confirmed today that Disick himself cancelled his appearance but the party will resume with DJ Shift.

Reports have also flourished that upon arriving in the States last Sunday, Disick has checked into a Rehabilitation facility but left hours after. Meanwhile as reports claim that Disick and Kardashian had been having some relationship problems, there are still no official confirmations from the two parties involved.

Rumors claim that its Disick's drinking and partying problems that triggered the split including Disick's recent outing with his ex-girlfriend in Monte Carlo and several photos surfaced as well with the two getting cozy together.

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old. Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids," an insider told E! News recently of the split adding, "Scott has been running around saying he's single," and that "Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge."
