Toby's fate will be sealed in the 24^th episode of "Scorpion" season 2, as one mentally unstable ex-Team Scorpion member kidnaps and threatens to kill him.

In the episode, Mark Collins, a genius ex-Team Scorpion member kidnaps Toby to pressure the rest of the team to meet his long list of cunning demands. This will be a difficult moment for the team as they will have to go up against a former team mate who knows all their strengths and weaknesses very well and is aware of how they move.

The video teaser for the upcoming episode, titled "Toby or Not Toby," opens with Mark saying "good morning" to a shackled Toby. The clip shows him putting up a fight against his former colleagues, Agent Cabe Gallo, Happy, Paige, Sylvester and Water, while holding Toby captive.

Sylvester tells his colleagues that Mark is out of his mind and has gone crazier than ever, to which the rest of the team agrees. As Mark continuously torments Toby and tells him he will die that day, his former colleagues do everything in their capacity to rescue him but to no avail. Towards the end of the teaser, Toby is shown still tied up, screaming in agony.

The episode also features Tim Armstrong who helps Team Scorpion in rescuing Toby. One part of the clip shows him talking to Happy over the phone, telling her that he will always love her. However, it seems that he is being taken prisoner by someone as he utters those words to her.  

"Scorpion" season 2, episode 24 airs on April 25, 9:00 P.M. on CBS.
