Abby and Olivia's continuing class will affect their candidates in episode 19 of 'Scandal' season 5.

"Scandal" season 5, episode 19 will see Olivia and Abby at odds, while Mellie, Hollis and Susan will go all-out in drumming up support prior to the presidential elections.

Based on the preview for "Buckle Up," "Florida's power governor meets with the candidates, who compete for her endorsement. Meanwhile, Abby and Olivia's spin war could hurt their candidates; and Cyrus has to make a potentially life-changing decision."

Events in the upcoming episode take place just before the elections, so fans should expect the unexpected.

In "Buckle Up," Mellie and the others will meet with the governor of Florida as they compete for what could be their most important endorsement yet.

Meanwhile, the embroilment between Abby and Olivia will continue in the next episode, and this chronic clash will greatly affect their candidates to the point of having either of their bets pushed out of the presidential race. It can be remembered that Abby started to go up against Olivia after what had happened between her and Andrew.

The episode will also see Cyrus as he gets caught in a tough situation where he has to come up with a decision so critical that it could tremendously change the course of his life. Details of this decision remain to be seen.

Based on reports by Yibada, the official promo for the episode will be unveiled after the broadcast of the 18th episode, titled "Till Death Do Us Part."

"Scandal" season 5, episode 19 airs on April 28, 9:00 P.M. on ABC.
