"Scandal" season 5 episode 17 has twists and bombshells in store for fans.

Promo for the upcoming episode goes back to the attempted murder of President Fitz and abduction of Olivia by a still unknown organization. Fans of the series are definitely in for a treat as the twists come with real shockers, which may involve either murder or betrayal.

It also seems that Olivia is going to be hopping mad at an office to face up to someone, whose identity was not revealed in the promo.

"Revenge... I've got a taste for it too," says Olivia in the video clip.

Some fans speculate that the individual could be Hollis, and that Olivia is all geared-up to put her in crosshairs.

The 5^th season of "Scandal" titled "Thwack" cracks down on the presidential elections, with the candidates' skeletons in the closet brought to light and collaborations forged.

Synopsis for the next episode reveals that the presidential candidates will have to be in an uncomfortable position as their darkest secrets run the risk of being exposed. Based on the synopsis, a potential leak will put the candidacy of some candidates in jeopardy, pushing the involved parties to work together and ensure that the leakage will not find its way out to ruin them.

"Boundaries are pushed and lines are crossed as we find out just how far some people are willing to go to protect themselves," reads the synopsis.

Meanwhile, speculations have it that Mellie and Marcus will have an intimate moment in "Thwack."
