'Scandal' Season 4 Episode 19 Recap: Olivia Finds New Love, Russell Stabs Jake

Last week's episode of Scandal ended with some shocking developments. Olivia, played by Kerry Washington, finds out that her new love interest, Russell (Brian white) is a B613 agent working for her dad, Rowan, played by Joe Morton.

In addition to this, Russell stabs Jake (Scott Foley) repeatedly in the stomach in the final moments of the episode.

While the wounds would appear to be fatal, meaning that it would be a stretch for Jake to survive them, the episode ends with Jake alive as he continues to be stabbed by Jake. This leaves fans wondering if he will survive or find a way out of the situation.

The promo video clip for next week's episode reveals the answer. In the clip, Russell tells Rowan that Jake has been eliminated and Jake's bloody body is shown on the table of the Pope & Associates office. When his body is found, Quinn says the words, "Jake's dead," confirming the fate of the former agent.

Rosen, portrayed by Joshua Malina, Quinn, played by Katie Lowed, Huck, who is portrayed by Guillermo Diaz, and even Olivia may be "forced to take drastic measures to ensure their safety."
