Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Release Date Rumors, Specs: SM-T536 Runs Android 6.0.1, 6,800 mAh Battery
New specifications have leaked in line with Samsung's upcoming device, the SM-T536, more often called as Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced.
According to Phone Arena, Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced is set to run Android 6.0.1 as its operating system (OS). Its display is going to be a 10.1-inch touchscreen with 1280 by 800 resolution and at least five finger gesture support.
With regard to its microoperations, the Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced is set to carry an octa core CPU at 1.5 GHz (Cortex A53 - ARMv8), ARM Mali-T830, and OpenGL ES 3.1. The device is set to have 1.8GB memory and 25GB storage.
The camera of the Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced is far from the usual 8MP feature of Samsung's other devices, as the back camera is at 4.8 MP with 292 by 1944 resolution (video is 1920 by 1080) while the front camera has 1.9 MP with 1616 by 1212 resolution (video is 1280 by 960). Overall, the camera has flash, autofocus, touch focus, and face detection properties.
Aside from the aforementioned settings, the Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced also features wi-fi, bluetooth, and GPS capabilities, along with an accelerometer.
According to Sam Mobile, Samsung's Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced is also set to have a 6,800 mAh battery. which is assumed as decent, since recent devices, such a Sony's Xperia Z5 carries a 2,900mAh battery while Apple's iPhone 6s only has 1,715mAh battery. The device is also set to be 7.9mm thick and it weighs 487 grams, as per the publication.
For the time being, details on the release date for Samsung's Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced are still vague and are yet to be revealed.
