The Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Apple iPhone 7 are one of the more powerful smart phones in the market today. Regardless of what the Android and Apple fanboys tell you, there are indeed some pros and cons to buying each of the products (assuming, of course, you have the money to burn).

The Samsung Galaxy S7 has the Snapdragon 820 processor with four cores and mated to the Adreno 530 GPU. It also has 4 GB of RAM with either the 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage although you have the option to bump it up to 256 GB through the microSD slot. The iPhone 7, meanwhile, has the 64-bit A10 Fusion chip, which is almost twice as fast as the A9.

Apple iPhone7 had the Galaxy S7 beat according to benchmark tests, and it's not even close. While the Samsung phone feels more powerful, the Apple smart phone feels more responsive.

But the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Apple iPhone 7 feature a 12 MP camera, although the South Korean firm only has f/1.7 aperture compared to Apple's f/1.8 aperture. The former has a two-tone flash with dual LED while the latter has flicker sensor flash with quad-LED.

The Tech Times reported a survey of 13,000 respondents on what they thought of the camera on the the high end smart phones in the market today. It's not even close. Samsung Galaxy S7 is preferred by almost 4 in 10 people, followed by the LG V20. The Apple iPhone 7 came in third with 21% of the votes. Second place went to LG V20 by the way.

The iPhone 7 ranges from $649 for the 32 GB model to the 7 Plus 32 GB with a price tag of $769. The Samsung Galaxy S7 price ranges from $670 for the base model to $780 for the S7 Edge.
