Samsung Galaxy S7 Specs, Release Date Rumors: Octa-core Snapdragon 820, Ungraded Version of Exynos?
As we await for 2016, the next Samsung flagship smartphone will also come to fruition to continue its battle for the next best mobile device on the market.
Rumor has it that it would only be a matter of time until Samsung reveals the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge. The two devices made by the South Korean Tech giant will be more powerful than ever.
For its processor, Samsung S7 is expected to have an Octa-core Snapdragon 820 or even an upgraded version of the Exynos. There are already rumors that Samsung already started working on a 14-nm based 64-bit processor that can result in a high performance up to 2.2 GHz.
According to iGalaxys7, the phone will have a 4GB RAM and will feature a UFC 2.0 for fast data storage while you can pick from 32 GB, 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage. You can also expand the phone's memory through the reinstatement of a MicroSD card slot on the phone.
At the back part of the device, there will be a 23 MP primary camera with BRITECELL Sensors while there will be an 8 MP front facing camera with Dual Video call at the front. The phone will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging feature.
A turtle glass protection is reported to be featured in the product. Turtle glass is an in-house feature from Samsung and will be far tougher than the previous gorilla glass to protect the screen which has a 4K resolution.
The phone was reported to come at an estimated price of about 700 USD (800 USD for Galaxy S7 Edge) and is speculated to be released on March of 2016.
