Good new for all Samsung mobile enthusiasts. Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are now out and can be purchased online or through stores near you.

Samsung announced on their website (via Know Your Mobile) that their new mobile phones are officially out in different areas around the globe.

"Samsung Electronics today announced the commercial launch of its new Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge around the globe including US, Europe, Singapore, Australia and Korea, starting from today."

Also according to Know Your Mobile, the sales of the brand new line are 2.5 times greater than the previous products in terms of pre-selling. It was reported that it was a whopping 200% increase in pre-orders for Galaxy S7 and as well as Galaxy S7 Edge compared to the S6 and S6 Edge.

Samsung Electronics UK and Ireland's Vice President in IT & Mobile Division, Conor Pierce said that their brand new phones show how much the demand there is for their phone at the moment.

"Customers opening their new Galaxy phone want new innovations and experiences, powered by their smartphone. We are confident that our new flagship devices fulfil this need better than anything else available on the market. By creating a world of connected products and services through the Gear VR, Gear 360 and Samsung Pay, we are providing a highly-differentiated and richer experience for our consumers, a central part of our strategy," he said.

Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge has added a bunch of new features including an "Always On" feature which utilizes the OLED to display the information on the screen almost all the time while still being efficient with its battery power.

There will also be a convenient payment feature called "Samsung Pay." The feature is well secured and protected by Samsung KNOX and as Samsung puts it: "Mobile payments are available to more merchants and consumers than ever before."
