For the phone's innards, the Galaxy S5 has 2048 MB RAM, an internal memory of 32 GB that can be expanded up to 128 GB and works with a quad-core Qualcomm snapdragon system chip. In comparison, the Galaxy Note 4 has 3072 MB RAM, an internal memory of 32 GB that can also be expanded up to 128 GB and works with an octa-core Exynos Octa 7 chip.
When it comes to the camera, the Galaxy S5 has a 16 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front camera with an LED flash. The Galaxy Note 4 comes with a similar 16 megapixel rear camera and a larger 3.7 megapixel front camera with an LED flash. Both handsets have features such as autofocus, geotagging, digital zoom, high dynamic range mode, self-timer, effects, nightmode and more.
For the battery power, the Galaxy S5 clocks in at an average of 21 hours with a 2800 mAh capacity, while the Galaxy Note 4 clocks an average of 20 hours with a battery capacity of 3220 mAh.
